Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Lost Packages
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and, if appropriate, send a replacement.
Incorrect Shipping Address
If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address and the order is returned, you may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because orders are processed quickly, we can only accept changes or cancellations within a short window after purchase.
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, as all items are made to order.
